RHS Sandringham flower show 2026 FEATURE GARDEN

The garden focused on natural and local materials, as well historic trades such as thatching and stone masonary. 

Through a renewed appreciation of local resources, the Stark Strand design set out to create a garden with a strong sense of place. Their aim was to show that what is found close to home, from materials and traditional skills to plants, can inspire biodiverse and sustainable spaces for the future.

Due to the tight timeframe available for the onsite construction of the garden at the Sandringham Estate, many of the garden’s bespoke elements were carefully fabricated off site in advance. This allowed our team to maximise the limited time on site, completing the installation and planting of the garden in just two weeks.
